Math training for volunteers interested in helping adults improve basic math skills. Volunteers will learn strategies to teach basic math. Many of our students need to work on subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, word problems, etc. Volunteers spend one or two hours per week helping an adult with math skills. Tutors and students meet in a public place. LNNY tests the students and provides books and materials free of charge.
